We purchased 2 Lincolns yesterday from Hunter Graf. The first was a Lincoln Navigator and the other was a Lincoln Aviator, Both black labels. We are very please with the full experience. Hunter was the finest we have seen in all of our years of buying. He had both prepared ahead and paperwork ready upon arrival. Hunter was also able to answer every question without hesitation. All of the staff was very Friendly including Doug Brown. I was also able to meet Allison the service director for Lincoln.
Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle from this dealership, since they include way, way, WAY more benefits (including a LIFETIME WARRANTY!) than anywhere else we’ve ever bought from in the past. Our salesperson in particular, Bryan, was extraordinary helpful, transparent and at all times very professional and reassuring as we hunted for and ultimately decided on our best choice, which we are very happy with. I have purchased many vehicles in the Clermont area... not impressed... but Gary Yeomans in Ocala goes out of their way to do what ever it takes to help you and that is AFTER you purchased the vehicle. This was my first visit with the Service Dept. Mike Hall was excellent in providing information about the issue I was having. They did have to keep my F-150 for several days. However I was provided with very prompt curtesy ride back home and return travel when my truck was ready. The issue was resolved and they even washed my truck making it look shinny and new again! I will certainly return with any service/maintenance requirements in the future. Highly recommend Mike Hall in the Service Dept.
This was my first encounter with this dealership. I took in my Escape for a recall repair. I received a prompt, friendly greeting. I waited in the customer lounge while the repair was done. The area was very nice and comfortable with complementary coffee and snacks. The repair took a couple of hours, which was expected. I also received a complementary car wash. I commend them for an overall, very pleasant experience.

I bought a used Explorer from a beautiful (in looks and personality) sales person named Claire Morrow and enjoyed every minute of it. The rest of the dealership was awesome as well. I started going there when we moved to Ocala brining our Ford Fusion to the service center which also does a great job will have no problem going back again. Great people.
